CONTRACT CANCELLATION:

 

Being a consumer - as a general rule, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. This period expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party (other than the carrier) and indicated by you took possession of the item. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting a statement of withdrawal electronically, via email, sent to: anibeeeanimeee@gmail.com

The buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the thing resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.

 

The returned item in its original packaging (including all accessories), should be sent immediately to the address specified in the e-mail you will receive with the confirmation of acceptance of the complaint, but no later than within 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal from the contract occurred. The returned article is sent at the expense of the buyer.

 

 

In the email, please provide the bank account number for the refund. Refund of payment will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the contract. Refund of payment may be withheld until you receive the item, or until you provide us with proof of its return - whichever event occurs first.

 

Remember that the right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance does not apply to the consumer, among other things, in relation to the contract:

  • in which the subject of the performance is a non-refabricated thing, produced to the consumer's specifications, or serving to meet his individualized needs,

  • in which the subject of performance is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package for health protection or hygienic reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery.

 

 

 

MADE-TO-MEASURE SEWING RETURN:

 

MANUFAKTURA ani beee, ani meee offers the possibility of purchasing a tailor-made product based on the models available in the offer.

Bespoke sewing takes place according to the dimensions specified by the Buyer in the order.

 

In case of orders made at a distance, the Seller shall not be responsible for any misrepresentation of dimensions by the Buyer.

 

In accordance with point 3 of Article 38 of the Polish Law of May 30, 2014. On consumer rights:

 

The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance is not granted to the consumer with respect to contracts:

(...) in which the object of performance is a non-refabricated item, produced to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individualized needs; According to the above provision - tailor-made products are not subject to the possibility of return or exchange.

 

 

 

COMPLAINTS:

 

Although MANUFAKTURA ani beee, ani meee makes every effort to ensure that the available hand-made articles are of the highest quality and free from defects - in case the purchased goods turn out to have physical defects, you have the right to complain about them on the basis of the warranty.

The seller is not liable for defects of which the customer was aware at the time of conclusion of the sales contract.

 

In connection with the detected defect, you can demand:

  • replacement of the item with a defect-free one,

  • removal of the defect, 

or make a statement about:

  • price reduction,

  • withdraw from the contract - in the case of a material defect.

 

With each claim, the Seller has the right to repair or replace the product once, but only if it is able to do so immediately and without undue inconvenience to the consumer. MANUFAKTURA is liable for defects found before the expiration of two years from the date of issue of the item. As a rule, you should file a complaint within one year of noticing the defect, but the time for filing a complaint cannot end before the expiration of the seller's liability period.

 

Consideration of your complaint will take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the claim.
